I can’t thank you enough for your working with me this past Tuesday and Wednesday. It wasn’t only that your knowledge and skills with regard to Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry or Practice Management are so excellent. Or was it the fact that you teach all of it so well. It wasn’t even that Dr. Migdal and your staff welcomed me like an old friend and shared everything they could with me. Or the fact that you spent your day off with me when you could have been spending it with your children. It was all of it. Moreover, you did it so willingly without asking for or expecting anything in return. This unselfish giving of yourself says more about a person than anything else. Yes, the dental knowledge and information you provided me with is invaluable. It will help me immensely and we accomplished everything I was hoping to and more. In addition to the learning that took place, the time I most appreciated was the last couple of hours we spent talking and getting to know each other. I’m sure you’ve heard about me as much as I’ve heard about you for a long time now and it was great to be able to finally sit down and spend time together. Dear Dr. Migdal,
This is just a little note to tell you I had a tooth pulled out by you and did not feel a thing. I did not know you put in stitches until my second visit. You numbed my gum and it felt like 5 seconds later, you said “all done” I was so happy. I did not use my “HMO” plan doctor because I do not believe in changing doctors every year. My girlfriend had the same thing done by our “HMO” plan doctor and she was so sick, the stitches he put in her gum made her jaw all swollen and sort of distorted for a couple of hours. I just thought you would like to know. You did a wonderful job

Dear Dr. Spector,
It has been about 3 years since you did my veneers. (I was missing my laterals, and had spaces between all my front teeth – you fashioned laterals from my cuspids, and cuspids from my premolars). I am just writing to tell you that I am living in DC, and my dentists have all commented on what a great job you did on my teeth, whenever I go for a cleaning. I think you did quite a great job too!
